Who I am
I’m a UK-trained integrative counsellor with over seven years of clinical experience.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and tailored to the individual — drawing from psychodynamic thinking, person-centred values, and solution-focused tools.
I’ve worked with a wide range of people facing anxiety, low mood, grief, identity struggles, and difficult family dynamics. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy — what matters is finding what works for you.
Therapy, for me, is about making space for what’s difficult without judgment. That might mean working through painful patterns, or simply making sense of a moment in life that feels stuck or overwhelming.
I also offer practical, down-to-earth support — helping you identify goals, clarify needs, and find manageable ways forward.
Before training as a therapist, I studied philosophy and psychoanalysis — a background that continues to inform my interest in the deeper, often unspoken layers of experience.
I believe that real change often begins with being heard. You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. You just need to be willing to start.
